Stage Needs
Stage Dimensions : Approximately - 12ft by 12ft
The floor of the stage should be hard and not hollow - preferably. Since the artists perform in a sitting posture, one could use a thin carpet to spread on the hard stage floor or a thick carpet if it is a hollow stage floor. Too soft and spongy materials should be avoided. The carpet should be covered preferably by a pure white sheet neatly tucked in the ends. Raisers might be needed for the stage to be above the eye level of the audience, making it possible for the entire audience to see the artists and instruments clearly, as it is a visual art as well as audio.
Sound Reinforcement System
The organizer agrees to provide a professional sound system in good to excellent working condition appropriately sized to cover the entire room. The system shall minimally consist of the following:
Sound Requirement for Solo performance
• Two Phono to Phono Cables or 2 DI Boxes for line out of Shashank's sound card
• One XLR cable to connect Shashank's Microphone to the Sound Card
• Two SM 58 and Two SM57 Microphones
• Line out cable (XLR or Phono) from Mixer console for recording purpose on stage
• 4 Desktop Profile boom stand (13_18 inches) & Kick - Bass Boom Stand
• 2 Desk Stands (6x-8x from floor) or Low Stands 2/Boom
Sound Requirement for Sammilan Band
• Two Phono to Phono Cables or 2 DI Boxes for line out of Shashank's sound card
• One XLR cable to connect Shashank's Microphone to the Sound Card
• Four SM 58 and Four SM57 Microphones
• Line out cable (XLR or Phono) from Mixer console for recording purpose on stage
• 6 Desktop Profile boom stand (13_18 inches) & Kick - Bass Boom Stand
• 2 Desk Stands (6x-8x from floor) or Low Stands 2/Boom
Green Room Requirements
Bottled drinking water, tea/coffee and snacks like Vegetarian Sandwiches, cookies, samosas, etc
