Raag Lathangi

The new CD featuring Shashank and Abhijit Banerjee on Tabla.  A prolific performer in the South Indian music  tradition, Shashank has always been a connoisseur and student of Hindustani vocal music. This album is a conscious and sincere exploration into the format of north Indian music, to experience newer dimensions of Raag Latangi, a traditional South Indian melody, accompanied by Tabla instead of Mridangam.
